Information

Amanda is an environmental consultant, who has historically specialised in working with large manufacturing businesses. Setting up a small company has enabled Amanda to widen her horizons to incorporate other interests, including work with different industries and smaller businesses. In 2005, Amanda became an EcoHomes Assessor, and is now qualified to assess developments against both the EcoHomes and the Code for Sustainable Homes schemes. Since 2008, Amanda has also been a qualified BREEAM Industrial Assessor.

Assessments require a raft of information to be compiled, and Amanda can provide assistance in determining the most effective way for an individual development to achieve credits under the scoring system, and to collate the data necessary for the assessments to be undertaken.

Coupled with expertise in contaminated land and flooding issues, Amanda can assist developers and designers to get plans off the drawing board efficiently and effectively.
