My specialist Town and Country Planning Practice was established in 1989 drawing from 20 years previous experience as a solicitor responsible for several local planning authorities since 1969 – latterly as Solicitor to Stroud District Council from its formation in 1974 until 1989.
Our client base ranges from individual one man and one off developers through to established development companies and local authorities.
The categories of work for which we are most often commissioned are –

Such assessments are provided – without obligation to proceed further – at an initial site meeting with you.
Fees are always structured on a bespoke basis to best accommodate your budget.
