Greenaway Architecture is an award winning practice focused on contemporary design with a diverse and expanding clientele across residential, commercial and student housing sectors. Greenaway Architecture specialises in realising the full potential of complex sites in sensitive locations. Our portfolio includes new build developments on vacant sites through to refurbishment of listed buildings, ranging from 150 units to single high end houses.

Our projects have been published in leading international design publication Dezeen, as well as The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, The Architects Journal, Building Design, Grand Designs Magazine and multiple other publications, as well as winning The Sunday Times British Homes Awards and finalist for Building Design ‘Architect of the Year’ Awards, the Building Awards, Home of the Year and ‘Design Excellence’ in The Planning Awards.

Greenaway Architecture is a published practice that was set up in 2015 as the culmination of its members experience developed through a broad range of sectors from high end private residential projects in Monaco to public arts projects in London, covering all scales from masterplanning to detailed construction implementation.

Duncan Greenaway has obtained a wide range of professional experience at the highest level having worked within a range architecture practices for a wide variety of clients since 1998. Duncan has had a life-long interest and affection for design within which buildings and the built environment have become the predominant focus. Architecture has been the ideal platform from which to explore design at a great variation of scales from the research and consultation process through to the detailed design of individual building components. Duncan enjoys the collaboration and cooperation of working with professional teams, developing solutions with shared knowledge and the experience.
